Pin Failure

For anyone that has a similar issue to what I just dealt with I would like to explain the simplicity of fixing the problem. For some unkown reason to me, PB0 was no longer outputting a voltage, really depressing and very worrisome seeing as how close we are to the deadline. Now for the sake of this project I checked Stellaris PinMux Utility, which I believe I described before, and it stated I have other timer pins to work with however they will lock me out of JTAG. to be used. Luckily I found a third option. If the tool labeled LM Flash Program is run, which then has a tool labeled Flash Utilities. From there the entire flash can be erased, which when done made the pin work again. I believe that for some reason I had locked the pin PB0 out from myself, thus disabling the pin I needed. Very useful tool to have and important for others to know in my opinion.
