Sad news

After finally getting to a point where testing seemed possible the UART started bugging out on the quad system. Through some testing we could confirm it was not the Stellaris or the Android it had to be either an Xbee or the perf board controlling everything. I was attempting to bypass the bluetooth with straight xbee connections something that has been done before when the worst happened. For no apparent reason one of the speed controllers went up in smoke and was destroyed. After checking the circuit thoroughly nothing can be found to be the cause of this, there is no apparent short. However, before any further testing can be done many other people are going to look at both the perf board and the xbee's in an attempt to ensure the destruction was not random. Lastly thanks to some very good luck, we were able to find replacment speed controllers on ebay a lot nicer than hobbyking because they will be here on monday rather than in 2 weeks. Pictures will eventually be uploaded of the destroyed speed controller but for now that is all.
